A Rainbow Vacuum System diagram explanation

How the Rainbow vacuum Works

The Rainbow Vacuum System by Rexair uses a unique water-based filtration process to trap dust, allergens, and airborne particles. Learn how this powerful Rainbow cleaning system purifies your home air and leaves your floors spotless using nature’s most powerful element—water. Review more articles on air purification or Rainbow tips, or review our more extensive FAQ section here.

Step-by-Step: How the Rainbow Vacuum System Works

  1. Polluted air enters the Rainbow water basin. Indoor air is sucked into the unit and passed through a swirling water bath.
  2. Dust and debris are trapped in the water. The moisture binds particles, making them too heavy to escape.
  3. HEPA Neutralizer captures remaining fine particles. Ensures maximum air purity for allergy relief and fresh air.

How Water Filtration Works in Rainbow Systems

Unlike traditional vacuums, the Rainbow water filter system doesn’t rely on bags or dry filters. Instead, dirt and allergens are instantly neutralized in a sealed water basin. A rotating separator keeps the water active, enhancing filtration efficiency.

  3. My E3 class rainbow is not doing working. No suction from the intake and bubbles are coming off the hepa filter. The motor rotates. I looked at several videos and it seems as everything is ok any guidance would be appreciated

    1. Hi Dan, The truth is that there can be many things that prevent the proper suction of the Rainbow, to be able to tell you exactly the problem you would have to go to a free diagnosis at your dealer.
However check the integrity of the hose gaskets and the inner rubber seals of the basin (this one is located bellow the Rainbow where the basin intake is seated, and it have a rectangular shape).
